OFFICE POLICIES

At Friendly Hills Pediatrics, we believe that all children are the future, and caring for their health and well-being is an honor and our priority.

We are big fans of vaccines!  Vaccines have been proven to be safe and effective for the general population.  Vaccines shield us from complications, including death, that may result from infections with serious germs.  We are happy to discuss vaccines and answer your questions about them.  We advise parents and caregivers to follow the CDC vaccination schedule.  We ask parents to find a different pediatric practice when choosing not to vaccinate their child.

We only see patients who have scheduled appointments. Please send us a text message asking for a same-day appointment for a sick visit or to schedule a new concern appointment.

Our practice makes every effort to run on time with appointments, as everyone’s time is equally valuable. We ask that you make every effort to arrive at the office at your scheduled appointment time. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.

If you miss the appointment or do not give at least one business day’s cancellation notice, you will be billed $40. Your child’s appointment was provided exclusively for them. A one-day cancellation notice during business hours is required to avoid a broken appointment charge.
