We are an insurance-based practice. When your child receives medical care with us, we collect copays and deductibles and bill you for medical services provided, per your medical insurance plan agreement. The only additional cost of being a patient with us is included in your annual Member Dues. We are offering your family a place where becoming part of our family means we will do our best to make your pediatric care enjoyable while meeting your healthcare needs.

Our Member Dues allow us to keep our practice small and provide a better service to your child and your family. By requiring member dues, we can provide enhanced access and full pediatric services that are not typically covered by medical insurance, such as: 

Please note that you may only pay for your annual membership dues via cash, credit card, or debit card. Member dues are collected at the time of registration. The annual membership fee is a non-contractual fee that your insurance company will not cover. The following are the annual membership dues at introductory prices for founding members:

$125 for a child who is less than 6 years old

$100 for a child who is 6 years old and older

The maximum yearly dues for a family will be $300. 

The dues are used to support the specialized level of care and personalized, positive experience for your child. In the long run, your child’s health will benefit from easy, comforting medical visits.
